In today’s digital era, where convenient and fast access to financial services and transactions is a key factor for customer satisfaction, we are continuously optimizing our services. We care about making all payment transactions as easy as possible, which is why we are introducing a pleasant new feature in our internet banking.

Templates for recurring payments are nothing new, but why enter the same payment repeatedly when everything can be done with just a few clicks? Now, we have made these templates even simpler. This pleasant change will benefit those who have already used the old format templates but also those who have not yet saved any templates.

For all CZK payment orders, clients now have access to a “CZK PAYMENTS WITHIN THE CZECHIA” tab, which significantly simplifies the payment entry process.

Now, to make a payment, you only need to enter the account number, bank code, and a prefix if needed. There is no longer a need to manually fill in the entire IBAN or provide the bank’s BIC code. This means that payments can be entered faster and more conveniently than ever before!

This new payment option is already available to all clients, and the old templates will no longer be usable. The new template setup form is not only more user-friendly but also more intuitive. If you need more detailed information or assistance with the service, an updated user manual is also available.
